Call Sheets

Call sheets are emailed to the bride a week prior for reassurance and a diligent schedule. Call sheets consist of:

Bride's name
Wedding date
Travel fee (if any)
Location
Location Hair/Makeup/Nail services will be held
Time Vamp Artists will arrive
Time photographer arrives
Members of the Bridal Party receiving services
Time they will receive their service
Price of service
Vamp Artist performing the service
Nail Technician performing the service

The In-Studio "Prep"

The Vamp Team is here to assist not only your Beauty needs but to host your Wedding "Prep" Party with class and ease. Bagels, Granola, Yogurt, Fresh Fruit, Champagne, Coffee and Juice will all be provided by Vamp at no cost.

Vamp On The Move

Our Artists are more than happy to accommodate you anywhere and at anytime. Travel fees include:
$25 (less than 10 mile radius of Vamp Hair Studio)
$50 (btwn 10-30 miles)
$100 & up (30 miles or more)
Travel Fees are additional fees added on to your service price.
